2015 Massing Photos

As the year progressed, a number of additional balloon “studies” were done.  In some cases we were able to overlay “massing” to visualize the proposed structure in the context of the Village.   Two examples appear below.  The key to this technique is to use a lens that mimics the field of view of the human eye (50mm in the case of traditional film cameras).   Similar photos were submitted at Planning Board meetings to show that the applicant’s photos can be misleading as they were prepared with wide-angle lenses.
